职业人有自己的规范、需要和存在形式，企业是职业人存在的一种形式，企业应以职业人为本，围绕职业人加强和改善企业管理，特别是经营不善的国有企业，在这方面应下功夫。
Employees live by thier own norms;needs and ways of existence and enterprises are a means by which employees exist collectively.Enterprises,while having their foudation in employees,should strengthen and improve management in the light of the benefits of their employees and special efforts in this respect needs to be made by the state－ owned enterprises that don t run quie well in their business performance.
