摘要
贵州省印江岩口特大型山体滑坡应急整治工程岩塞爆破 ,是我国第一次在喀斯特发育地区成功实施的大断面、深水下的岩塞爆破。洞室无衬砌、泄水无闸门、岩碴处理无集碴坑储碴 ,这种“三无”条件下的岩塞爆破新技术在我国首次采用。本次岩塞爆破 ,对底部开口直径为 6m的岩塞采用全排孔爆破成型 ,已超过国内外直径为 5m的经验上限值 ;成功地解决了在碎石层及砂卵石层覆盖下的岩塞爆破技术 ;乳化炸药作为岩塞爆破用药在我国是首次采用 ;采用先进的机具组织施工 (如 :多臂凿岩台车造孔等 ) ,其精度高、速度快。爆破后 ,进水口成型好、洞脸稳定 ,洞室磨蚀轻微 ,预裂面半孔率达 99 5 %。
The full row-hole blasting moulding of which diameter is 6m was utilized for rock frontier blasting, the technique successfully solve the problems of blasting under the coating of debris and sand layers.
