摘要
旅游行业被称为“情绪型行业”,旅游服务工作的特殊性决定了服务接待人员在工作岗位上必须要保持愉快的情绪状态,营造出良好的情绪氛围。但是,由于他们每天接触人和事的多样性、复杂性,使得员工的情绪常受所处环境的影响,为符合工作需要,旅游服务人员必须学会情绪状态的自我调节。
