Opinion on Legislative Pattern of Protecting Medium-and Small-sized Enterprises

本文围绕我国中小企业保护立法模式提出了个人观 点．文章认为，我国中小企业保护立法的目标模式应兼顾效率与权利保障；法体模式应制定统一的中小企业保护法典：制度模式应吸收世界各国的成功经验。

The thesis brings forward personal opinions on the legislative pattern of protecting medium-and small-sized enterprises. It thinks there should be a uniform protection law,which absorbs successful experiences from other countries and gives attention to both efficiency and right protection.
