本文是作者整个研究成果的第一部分 ,主要是对当前我国农业行政执法形势的总估价 。
Being the first part of the writer s research achievements,the thesis mainly evaluates the situation of administrative enforcement of law in agriculture in the State,raises the existing problems and analyses the causes.
