N N一二乙基聚丙烯酰胺 (PDEAA)具有下限临界相溶温度 (LCST) ,是一种既可溶于水 ,又可溶于大多数有机溶剂的一种聚合体 ,是一种理想的乳液稳定剂和增稠剂。利用它在LCST以下 ,在水相中溶解度很低 ,而在LCST以上 ,在水相中溶解度迅速增加而使连续相粘度迅速增加的原理 。

poly NN-Diethylacrylamide is a polymer with lower limit critical solubility temperature(LCST) and is soluble in both water and the most organic solvent. it is the ideal stabilizer of emulsion and the thickening agent. When temperature is lower than LCST and over LCST, its solubility in water phase rapidly reduces and raise, thus, it was used as the agent of controlled emulsion viscosity which was changed because change of temperature.
