摘要
应用反相高效液相色谱法 ,选择了micro -BondapakC18(30cm× 3 9cmi d 10 μm)色谱柱 ,2 10nmUV检测 ,流动相甲醇 /水 (V/V ) :70 /30 (4 0min)~ 70 /30 (5min)~ 80 /2 0 (30min)线性梯度洗脱(1 0mL/min) ,分离并测定了聚氧丙烯 -聚氧乙烯 (PO -EO)共聚醚中游离聚氧丙烯醚、聚氧乙烯醚 (PEG与PPG)。同时 ,根据游离PEG、PPG与PO -EO共聚醚的色谱分离条件 ,应用制备液相色谱法 ,制备提纯出PO -EO共聚醚纯品 ,并进行了GPC、NMR测试 ,排除了游离PEG、PPG对上述测定的干扰 ,确定了其相对分子质量与分子结构 ,建立了一套完整准确的PO
A reversed phase High Pressure Liquid Chromatography (RP-HPLC) was developed to determine the free PEG and PPG of PO-EO copolyether. The operating conditions were micro-Bondapak C 18 (30×39cm i.d.10μm)column; 210nm UV-detector; 10 mL/min methanol / water(V/V): 70/30(40min)-70/30(5min)-80/20(30min) as eluent.
