摘要
目的 :研究降温方式对大鼠肝脏功能的影响 ,以确定大鼠肝脏的最适降温方式。方法 :采用单纯低温保存方法及建立大鼠肝脏移植模型 ,观察降温速率对大鼠肝脏功能的影响 ,初灌洗液温度分别为 4℃及 16℃。保存时限为 10 h,10 h后行原位肝移植术。检测酶学、能量指标及组织形态学变化。结果 :( 1)保存 10 h的灌出液及移植后2 h的血液标本中 AST、L DH水平 ,快速降温组明显高于渐进降温组 ( P <0 .0 5或 P <0 .0 1) ;( 2 )保存 10 h及移植后 2 0 m in快速降温组之肝脏能量指标明显低于渐进降温组 ( P <0 .0 5或 P <0 .0 1) ;( 3)快速降温组之肝脏形态学损害亦较渐进降温组重。结论 :快速降温对实验大鼠肝脏有损害作用 ,应采取渐进降温方式。
Objective:Our purpose was to determine the effect of rapid cooling on the function of rat liver. Methods:Cold preservation and orthotopic liver transplantation(OLT) were performed on rat liver.For flush perfusion cold(4℃) and warm(16℃) lactate Ringer s solution were compared.
