摘要 目的 :研究多药耐药基因 mdr- 1和凋亡抑制基因 Bcl- 2对白血病预后的影响。方法 :用免疫组织化学染色方法检测白血病患者 P-糖蛋白 ( P- gp)和 Bcl- 2蛋白的表达。结果 :在 6 4例急性白血病患者中 ,P- gp和 Bcl- 2蛋白表达的阳性率分别为 37.5 %和 6 7.3%。复发患者的 P- gp阳性率 ( 5 9.1% )明显高于初治患者 ( 2 6 .2 % ) ( P <0 .0 5 )。Bcl- 2阳性率在初治与复发患者之间无显著差异。10例 P- gp与 Bcl- 2均阳性的患者全部为复发患者。结论 :P- gp和 Bcl- 2联合检测可能对评价急性白血病的预后更有意义。 Objective:Our purpose was to investigate the effect of the expression of multidrug resistance gene mdr 1 and apoptosis inhibited gene Bcl 2 on prognosis in leukemia.Methods:Method of immunohistochemistry was used to measure the expression of P glycoprotein and Bcl 2 protein.
