在社会活动中 ,领导干部的形象尤为重要。当前 ,从总体上来说 ,各级领导干部的形象是好的 ,但也确有一些领导干部形象不佳。领导干部的良好形象 ,是靠加强自身学习、改造、修养和锻炼塑造起来的。“三个代表”的思想 ,是干部塑造自身形象惟一正确的新标准。领导干部要严格按照“三个代表”的要求 ,加强学习和实践锻炼 ,提高自己人生内在素质 ,塑造符合标准的良好形象。
