摘要
远程开放教育是电大的发展方向。构建远教管理模式要注意科学性、整体性、适应性、超前性和有效性;远教管理不宜过于分散,应相对集中统一,加大人、财、物的投入;远程开放教育达到一定规模和条件的电大,还可以成立“远程开放教育学院”,进一步加强对远教的管理和研究。
On the basis of summing up the experience, the article brings forth the principles in constructing management models in open & distance education and the main sorts.
