An Experimental Study on Antipyretil and Analgesic Effects of NORPIN - A

目的：对ＮＯＲＩＮ－Ａ的解热镇痛作用进行动物实验观察。方法：在家兔静脉注射伤寒、副伤寒甲乙三联菌苗所致体温升高，小鼠腹腔注射醋酸所致扭体反应的模型上观察ＮＯＲＰＩＮ－Ａ的解热镇痛作用。结果：ＮＯＲＰＩＮ－Ａ对静脉注射伤寒、副伤寒甲乙三联菌苗所引起的家兔体温上升有明显的降温作用；中、高剂量的ＮＯＲＰＩＮ－Ａ对化学刺激物如醋酸所引起的疼痛有显著镇痛效果，使小鼠扭体次数减少，疼痛潜伏期延长，痛阈提高。但ＮＯＲＰＩＮ－Ａ对热板法刺激所致疼痛无效。结论：ＮＯＲＰＩＮ－Ａ为一种具有解热镇痛作用的复方制剂。

Objective To make an animal experimental observation of antipyretic and analgesic effects of N ORPIN - A .Methods The antipyretic and analgesic effects of NORPIN - A were observed in rabbit models with increased temperature which had been caused by intravenously injecting typhoid, paratyphoid and vaccinum and in mice models with twist reaction which had been caused by intraperitoneally injecting arctic acid.
