四肢骨折合并糖尿病的手术治疗

Surgical Treatment of Limb Fractures with Diabetes Mellitus

目的：探讨四肢骨折合并糖尿病患者手术治疗成功经验，总结治疗规律。方法：通过５例四肢骨折合并糖尿病患者手术治疗，同时注射胰岛素保护。结果：５例患者Ⅰ期愈合，随访骨折均愈合。结论：糖尿病患者采用手术治疗需极其慎重，手术及术后需有胰岛保护，防止感染。

Objectve To investigate successful experience in surgical treatment of limb fractures with diabetes mellitus and to summarize treatment regulations. Methods From January, 1996 to December, 1998, 5 patients were treated surgically with insulin safeguard.
