中医辨证施护预防截瘫并发症的观察

Observation on Prevention of Complications of Paralysis Using Dialectical Nursing of Traditional Chinese Medicine

目的：探讨中医辨证施护对于截瘫并发症的预防作用。方法：随机选择山西省人民医院骨科１９９７年至１９９９年截瘫病人２０例进行观察及辨证施护，并与１９９７年以前２０例截瘫病人进行比较。结果：呼吸道感染、褥疮各２例，均痊愈，泌尿系感染由原来的３例降为１例，便秘由原来的１２例降为５例。

Objective To study the effect of dialectical nursing for complications of paralysis.Methods: 20 paralytic patients were observed after using dialectical nursing of traditional Chinese medicine. There was a significant difference compared with the 20 patients before 1997 .Results Two patients with respiratory infection and two with decubitus were all cured. urinary system infection was reduced from 3 to 1 and constipation from 12 to 5.
