摘要
采用受体结合方法对苦参碱等 6种槐属生物碱的中枢神经抑制作用进行了研究。结果证明该类生物碱对GABAA/BDZ受体无亲和力 ,IC50 值均大于 10 - 4mol/L ,中枢抑制作用不是通过神经抑制性GABAA/BDZ受体产生 ,可能是由于该类生物碱影响抑制性递质GABA的囊泡储存、再摄取或促进释放 ,也可能是该类生物碱激活合成酶而促进递质合成和代谢 。
The central inhibiting effects of matrine and other 5 sophora alkaloids were studied by receptor binding assay. The results showed that these 6 sophora alkaloids had no affinity to GABA A/BDZ receptor (IC 50 >10 4 mol/L), and their central inhibiting effects were not produced by direct GABA A receptor binding. The mechanisms of their central inhibiting effects are still the subjects that need to be studied.
