摘要
采用薄层色谱 (TLC)法对咳喘舒片中化橘红、罂粟壳进行了薄层鉴别。建立了简便、灵敏、可靠的TLC法 。
A simple, sensitive and reliable TLC method was developed for the identification of the external layer of pericarp of Citrus grandis tomentosa or Citrus grandis, and capsule of Papaver somniferum which are among the ingredients of Kechuanshu Tablets (KT). This new TLC method can be used for the quality control of KT.
