胆囊息肉样病变临床类型及治疗103例分析

目的 探讨胆囊息肉样病变 (PL G)的临床类型及治疗方法。 方法 回顾性分析我院 1992～ 1999年收治的 10 3例 PL G患者的临床资料。 结果 除 2 3例无临床症状外 ,其余的均有不同程度的右上腹不适或疼痛 ;有 2 1例合并胆囊结石。以上病例全部手术治疗。病理检查发现胆囊腺瘤同胆囊癌的关系密切 ,其癌变率高达 38.9%。 结论 在PL G中 ,<1cm的多发病灶良性占多数 ,>1cm单发病灶以恶性居多。应将 >5 0岁的 PL G患者定为高危人群 ,如有发现应及时手术。

Objective To explore the clinical types and treatment of the polypoid lesions of gallbladder(PLG). Methods Retrospectively analyze the clinical data of 103 PLG patients in this 7 years.\ Results\ 23 cases have no clinical symptom,and others have abdominal discomfort or pain of different grade in the right upper quadrant,besides 21 cases have complication that is gallstone.\ All these cases are treated with operation.
