本文通过对城市第三产业污水、废气、噪声污染的特点、规律及对策论述，为科学、有效解决城市第三产业污染问题提供了一定实践经验。
The article expounded the character, the law and the countermeasure on wastewater, waste gas and noise produced in the third industry. Practice experience that to effectively solve pollution prob lems of the third industry are provided.
