摘要
党的十五大提出了依法治国的政治方略 ,实现这一方略 ,就党的领导而言 ,就是要推进政治体制改革进程 ,依法领导 ,依法执政 ,实现党的领导的法制化、制度化、规范化。
As for party′s leadership to fulfil the policy of running country by law,the impetus must be given to the progress of the political institution reform to be in power by law and carry out the legality system and standard of party′s leadership.
