The Hexi corridor is also called the strategic passage of the“silk road”.If we want to speed up the development and construction in Hexi area in 21st century,we should make full use of the reginal superiority,grip the historic opportunities and put the opening strategy into effect. In this article,the author expounds the reginal superiority of the Hexi anea,the historic opportunities,the Hexi area facing with the point of the Hexi area′s development of extroversional economy and the strategic step of the Hexi area′s opening to the outside world.
