摘要
建立现代企业制度 ,一支政治素质好、业务能力强的企业家队伍是必不可少的条件 ,而我国的企业家队伍的形成却受到诸多因素的制约 ,我们要以邓小平理论为指导 ,重视和加强企业家队伍建设。
It is an essential condition to have a troop of enterprisers who have good quality of politics and practical ability of bussiness management, but there are restrictions imposed on the eterprisers' formation in china.Therefore,the foundation of the enterprisers must be stressed and consolidated under the guidance of Deng Xiaoping's Theory.
