摘要
通过对松质骨结构特征和力学行为的实验观察 ,引入基于混合物理论的现代两相多孔介质弹性模型和动电效应模型来描述松质骨固体骨质变形、孔间骨髓流动以及骨内流动电位间的耦合效应。采用Laplace变换技术得到了松质骨围限压缩下流动电位分布的解析结果。结果表明 ,由于在外界作用下松质骨骨小梁结构产生变形 ,引起孔间骨髓流动 ,从而使带电粒子在孔隙间运动 。
Based on experimental observations for the cancellous bone structure and its mechanics behavior, a biphasic porous medium model which is based on the mixture theory and a electrokinetic phenomena model are introduced to describe the coupling among the distortion, fluid flow and streaming potential in cancellous bone. By using Laplace transform technique, the one-demensional analytical solution under dynamic load of streaming potential distributing is obtained for cancellous bone. The computational results show that because of the distortion of concellous bone the marrow's flow is arised, then the electriferous particle moves in the porous and the streaming potential appears.
