专利实施是专利制度的重要内容之一。本文是在对部属 2 8所院校调查的基础上 ,对高校专利实施的现状加以分析 ,从中找出高校专利成果转化的阻碍因素 。

The exploitation of patents is one of the important part of the patentsystem . This paper , based on information of twenty-eight universities, analyses the current situation of the exploitation and finds out the factors of blocking exploitation . The countermeasure is offered in this paper to foster the exploitation of patents held by universities.
