Dynamic adjustment of success facter structure during the evolution of enterprises

企业发展壮大的关键在于 :企业能够在发展的过程中动态调整企业系统的 7S成功要素组合 ,以适应经营环境变化。本文提出了一个企业发展 5阶段与 7S成功要素匹配的理论结构 。

This paper makes attempt to elaborate on an idea that the key to one enterprise's long-term growth is to adjust dynamiclly the '7S' Success Factor Portfolio of enterprise structure according to business envionmental changes. A theoretic structure is proposed to match the five phases of one enterprise's development with the characteristics of “7S” Success Factor Portfolio of enterprise structure. At last, we make a practical study of the successful development history of Three Star Corporation.
