东亚的战略发展态势中 ,存在着两种不同的战略。一种是日本、中国奉行的发展战略 ,面向未来 ,追求全方位影响 ;另一种是美国奉行的“均势”战略 ,面向现实 ,力图确保自己的领导地位。冷战结束后 ,在美日矛盾与美中矛盾中就集中体现了这两种战略态势的冲突。未来东亚的发展过程中 ,“均势”战略的实施将会遇到巨大的阻力 ,而发展战略也有难点 ,最终以中国为代表的发展战略 ,将代表时代前进的方向 。

There are two different strategies in the developing situation of East Asia.One is the developing strategy pursued by Japan and China,facing the future,seeking all-round influence.Another is “balance of power” pursued by Anerica,facing the reality,trying to hald their owr leading position.After cold war,the cantradiction of this two strategy situation had been mainly embodied in the conflict between America and Japan and also America and china.In the course of future development of East Asia,the carrying-out of “balance of power”strategy will meet great barries.but developing strategy also has diffcult.lest,the developing strategy represented by china will lead the way of the era forward and has a splendid future in the world.
