摘要 应用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术分析了同物异名柿品种过氧化物酶(POX)、α-淀粉酶(α-AMY)和超氧物歧化酶(SOD)同工酶。对17组69个供试品种的3种同工酶谱带类型的分析结果表明:(1)有8组23个品种的同工酶鉴定结果与形态鉴定结果一致;(2)有2组4个品种的鉴定结果与形态鉴定完全不符;(3)其余6组中有5个品种可被单独鉴别,剩余品种可被划分为新的小组,每组内供试品种表现相同的同工酶谱带类型。 In China, some identical persimmon (Diospyros kaki L.f. )cultivars have been given different names. Bark tissue extracts were analyzed for isozyme variation of Peroxidase (POX) , α-Amylase(α-AMY) , and Superoxidase (SOD) by means of vertical slab Polyacrylamide Gel Elec-trophoresis (PAGE). 69 cultivars were classified into 17 groups by means of horticultural traits, each gorup was considered as the same cultivar. Among these cultivars, the 8 groups, 23 cultivars by isozymes analysis are as same as morphological analysis. 2 gourp, 4 cultivars can be discriminated each other by banding patterns. The rest cultivars could be grouped into some subgroups, each one has the same banding pattern, and 5 cultivars could be discriminated each other by banding patterns.
