用数学模型计算直廓环面蜗杆轴截面齿形

摘要 应工厂要求 ,结合工厂现行工艺 ,提出了直廓环面蜗杆淬火后用小圆柱面砂轮磨削的新方法 ,建立了相应的数学模型 ,并用计算机绘制出用这种新方法磨削后蜗杆的轴截面齿形 ,所得结果符合工厂实际 ,从理论上证明了这种新磨削方法的可靠性。 Based on the requirement of the factory and an analysis of its present technology in production,this paper puts forward a new way to use a small cylindrical faced grinding wheel to grind the hourglass worm geaz after it has been quenched.A mathematical model is established and the computer is used to draw the profile of the ground hourglass worm wheel teeth.The result shows that it can meet the requirement of the factory and proves in theory its reliability.
