摘要 随着现代竞技武术套路运动的迅猛发展与国际化推广,训练、比赛的同时,对作为运动员技战术基础的各项身体素质提出了更高的要求。通过对竞技武术套路运动能量代谢特征的分析、对不同训练水平的运动员的无氧代谢供能能力加以测评,为训练、比赛和选材提供一定的参考。 With the rapid development and internationalization of comeptitive Wushu routine, training and competition requires athletes to have good physical qualities which are the basis of technique and tactics. The paper analyses the characters of power metabolim of competitive Wushu ruthine,tests and evaluates the athletes' abilities of anaerobic methabolism in different performance levels. The paper provides reference for training,competition and selecting athletes.
