Establishment of Temperature Curve of Zinc Freezing Point Stove with Program Control

在大量试验的基础上,整定出两条锌点炉炉温程序控制设定温度曲线. 试验结果表明: 用这两条设定温度曲线可获得良好的控制效果. 在试验过程中还总结出一套调整设定温度曲线的规则,这些规则可为炉温自适应控制提供最基本的调整策略.

Based on lots of experiments, two temperature curves of Zinc freezing point stove with program control are established. The test results show that the two temperature curves can control the Zinc freezing point stove well and give good results. A set of rules for adjusting the temperature curve is also summarized. These rules can be used as the most basic adjustment strategy for adaptive control of Zinc freezing point stove temperature.
