文章对公路工程监理现状及数据分析在监理工作中的地位和作用进行了剖析 ,探讨了粗放型和数据分析型监理的区别 ,提出数据分析型监理模式 ,并结合合 (肥 )徐 (州 )、合 (肥 )安 (庆 )、芜 (湖 )宣 (州 )高速公路监理实践 ,探讨了向数据分析型转变的条件、必要性、质控方法及注意事项 ,建议尽快规划、开发数据分析型监理软件 ,吁请设立工程质量仲裁权威机构。

In this article, the present status of highway construction is introduced and the position and the function of the data analysis in supervision is analyzed.Also,the difference between the common type supervision and the data analysis type one is discussed and the supervision mode of data analysis type is put forward. Based on the supervision practice in such expressway as Hefei Xuzhou expressway,Hefei Anqing expressway, Wuhu Xuanzhou expressway, and so on,an investigation is made into the condition, necessity of transition to the data analysis type supervision and its quality control method and the points for attention. Last,it is suggested that the software for data analysis type supervision be made and the authority organization for construction quality arbitration be established.
