摘要
为了更好地提高超声波焊机的功率 ,改善焊机的性能 ,采用 IGBT管 (绝缘栅极双极晶体管 )设计了超声波功率发生器的硬件系统 ,运用规则取样方式实现 SPWM序列的算法 ,采用 80 98单片机编制软件实现 SPWM序列算法的控制及频率自动跟踪。结果表明系统具有较高的可控性 ,自动跟踪频率精度高 ,研制的超声波功率发生器适用于超声波塑料焊机。
In order to raise the power of the ultrasonic welding machine and improve its character, Insulating Grid Bipolar Transistor(IGBT) tube is used as power element in designing the hardware system of power generator of ultrasonic welding machine in this paper.Algorithm about SPWM sequence is realized by means of the rule sampling. The software system is drawn up, the controlling of the algorithm about SPWM sequence is realized in 8098 MCS, and automatic tracing of frequency is fulfilled. The result indicates that the system has high controlling quality and high precision in controlling frequency. The developed generator can be used in ultrasonic plastic welding machine.
