SBR复合材料在沥青路面层间结合中的应用研究

Application of SBR compound materials to the combination of bitumen pavement layers

高等级公路路面具有承受交通量大、使用年限长、造价高、通车后维修养护困难等特点 ,因而通常选用半刚性基层多层式沥青混凝土路面结构形式。影响这一路面结构质量和使用功能的因素很多 ,但最主要的也是最基础的则是结构、材料和工艺。在路面层间结合中应用 SBR复合粘结材料能够有效提高路面结构的整体强度和使用功能。

The high grade highway pavement has the characteristics of heavy traffic and long service life, but great cost and being difficult to maintain after being open to traffic, so it is common to adopt half rigid pedestal and multi layered bitulith pavement structure. Of many factors that can affect the quality and service of this type of pavement structure, the most primary and basic ones are structure, materials and craft. In this paper it is found that the application of SBR compound cemented materials can effectively enhance the general strength and service of this type structure.
