摘要
地震勘探多采用多通道数据采集。为了得到有效的地质数据,不同地震通道的接 收特性(包括有效带宽、灵敏度、信噪比等)必须一致,这对不同通道所连接的检波器 特性的一致性提出了很高的要求。为了确保一致性及测试的可靠性和准确性,对检 波器的各项性能参数进行定期检测是十分必要的。对涡流检波器串动态特性测试设 备的夹具进行了动力学分析与测试,发现原设备的动态特性不能满足测试要求,因 此在分析计算的基础上对原设备夹具进行了改进设计。试验结果表明,改进后的设 备性能有较大改善。
In seismic technique, there are several channels for data acquisition. Each channel is connected with a vortex-geophone cluster. It is important to ensure every vortex-geophone be of identical characteristics (bandwidth, sensitivity, SNR etc. ). In this paper, dynamic analysis and test are conducted on a measuring device of seismic geophone behavior with a supplementary fixture. The results show that its dynamic properties can not meet the need of measure precision. The modals of the fixture are key problem in the measuring device. In the measuring frequency bandwidth, there must not be any dynamic modal or resonant frequency. Based on the FEM analysis and dynamic test, the fixture is redesigned. The main improvements of the new fixture are to shift the resonant frequency out of the measuring bandwidth and to add a ring shaped spring to the fixture. The tested results of the new system show that its performance is distinctly improved.
