摘要
应用模态分析技术、振型截断法,对专利证书号第 352466号的 ZJ50J双升式机 械驱动石油钻机振动特性进行研究。通过对结构固有频率和固有振型数据分析,判 断其对设计结构关键部位、基本参数的影响;通过对结构在设计的外界激励下动态 响应的研究,对该石油钻机的设计、动力配置、安装联结等提供理论依据。
Using the modal analysis method in this paper, the vibration characteristics of ZJ50J double-lifting mechanical driven oil drilling rig (patent No. 352466) is studied. Through the data analysis of structural natural frequency and natural mode of vibration. Its effect on key parts and basic parameters of structural design is studied. Through the research of structures in dynamic response under a design external- excitation,it will provide theory values for design,dynamic allocation, makeup and connection of the oil drilling rig.
