摘要 分析了从德国引进的电动螺旋压力机性能,以金属塑性成型原理为依据设计热 锻成型模具,结合设备力-能转化及锻件成形所需最小能量,来建立锻造能量的预 算,以及确定通过计算机控制能量的方法,达到保护设备及提高模具寿命的目的。 In this paper, we present a method for estimating and controlling the forging energy of an electrical spiral press imported from Germany. Our method is based on the principle of metal forming and the relation ship between force and energy. Such a method is helpful for the protection of equipments and the lengthening of the life of mould.
