A Non-probabilistic Reliability Method for the Design of Mechanical Components

将可限界不确定参量作为区间变量，针对概率可靠性模型的一些局限性，提出一 种机械零部件静强度的非概率可靠性设计方法。该方法和概率可靠性设计具有一定 的类比性，运算简便，且对原始数据要求低。研究表明：该设计方法是实用和可行的。

In many complicated and important technological situations, the inability to verify the details of a probabilistic model may lead to significant inaccuracy in the reliability analysis. In this paper, a new non- probabilistic method for the reliability design of the strength of mechanical elements is presented, in which, the uncertain parameters are described by interval variables. It is shown by the example that the proposed method is efficienty and feasible.
