摘要
螺旋槽成形铣削时普遍存在根切现象,在很大程度上影响到加工精度和几何形 状。本文仅以加工螺旋槽根圆柱面为例分析根切原因、根切区的计算方法,并结合企 业一典型零件结构进行计算,并拟合出刃口形线。处理这类问题的有效方法是理论 分析、应用图学与计算机辅助数学的有机结合,它可以使研究对象在“数、形、质”三 方面取得最佳统一。
Usually, there exist undercutting phenomena in helical groove milling process, which affect the accuracy and geometrical shape greatly. In this paper, the undercutting phenomena, including its mechanism, undercut area, computation algorithm together with the error induced has been investigated. Optimal blade curve is also fitted for cutter shape design. The comprehensive method used is theoretical analysis ; applied graphics, and CAD. It shows the effective union of < number, graph, and property> in global research of this topic.
