摘要 Objective To study the effect of the red- β -cndorphin (RBC- β -EP) on red cell immune adherence (RCIA) during the onset and development of thc acute cerebral infarction. Background Some experiments have shown that RBC- β -EP could ennance the function of RCIA. But its change and significance remain unknown. Methods RCIA and RBC- β -EP were measured at 24、 72 hours and on 15 days after cerebral i ntarction. Results Concentration of RBC- β -EP and function of RCIA increased during the first 24 hours after the cerebral infarction. Within 72 hours, RBC- β -EP increased and RCIA decreased significantly. Both of them were normal after 15 days. Discussion When β -EP slightly increased and combined with its receptor, function of RICA increased. But excessive concentration of β-EP could change the structure of receptor of RBC-CR1 ,and the function of RCIA decreasecd. Conclusion RBC-β-EP has a double-cffect on RCIA function during the evolution of cerebral intarction. Red cell immune function was also controlled by the neurocndosecretorv system.
