摘要 对于眼运动中枢控制机制的研究是探索神经系统感觉、运动信息加工处理一个重要方面。近些年来 ,这一领域的研究非常活跃。遗憾的是 ,大量工作集中在对共轭性眼运动 (conjugateeyemovement) :象快速眼跳动 ,平滑追随等方面。而对非共轭性眼运动 (disconjugateeyemovement) :如会聚 (vergence)和眼球调节 (ocularaccommodation)控制机制的研究 ,开展的很少。本文主要结合我们实验室的研究工作对会聚和眼球调节中枢控制的神经基础作一简要介绍。
