摘要
检测和比较了 3口虾池部分水体理化因子含量的变化及斑节对虾稚虾的生长情况 .水体理化因子含量的变动范围为 :水温 2 5℃~ 33℃ ;盐度 5‰~ 2 0‰ ;pH值 6 6~ 9 2 ;氨氮0 797~ 78 4 96 μg/L ;亚硝酸氮 0~ 2 12 344μg/L ;硫化物 33 92 0~ 318 0 0 0 μg/L .各池之间的水温无显著性差别 .盐度以 2号池最高 ,3号池最低 .pH值以 1号池最高 ,2号池最低 .氨氮变化较大 ,以 2号池的平均含量最高 ,1号池最低 .3号池的亚硝酸氮平均含量远高于 1号池和 2号池 .硫化物的平均含量也以 3号池最高 ,1号池最低 .对虾生长速度以 1号池最快 ,3号池最慢 .经相关分析 ,影响对虾生长的水体理化因子有盐度、pH值、氨氮和亚硝酸氮 ,其中以亚硝酸氮的影响作用最大 .
The levels of partial physical and chemical elements of water and growth rate of Penaeus monodon in three prawn farming ponds were detected and compared. The variant levels of water temperature, salinity, pH, ammonia, nitrite and sulphuret levels in three ponds water were 25.0~33.0 ℃, 5.0‰~20.0‰, 6.6~9.2, 0.797~78.496 mg/L, 0~212.344 mg/L and 33.920~\{318.000\} mg/L respectively. The average water temperature was no statistical differences among three ponds. The average level of salinity in pond 2 was the highest while the average level of salinity in pond 3 was the lowest. The average pH value was the highest in pond 1 and the lowest in pond 2. The level of ammonia varied greatly and it was the highest in pond 2 and the lowest in pond 1. The average levels of nitrite and sulphuret were the highest in pond 3 and the lowest in pond 1. The growth rate in pond 1 was the highest while the growth rate in pond 3 was the lowest. It was apparent that the growth rate of Penaeus monodon can be affected by salinity, pH, ammonia and nitrite by correlation analysis. The principal elements that effected on the growth of Penaeus monodon in pond 3 were nitrite and pH.
