摘要
在去除重金属离子的海水中添不同浓度的Co2 +进行养殖实验 .结果表明 :中国对虾 (Penaeuschinensis)仔虾对Co2 +最佳需要量为 2 0 μg/L .低浓度的Co2 +对AKP和ATPase都有激活作用 ,高浓度的Co2 +对AKP和ATPase有抑制作用 .由于AKP和ATPase活性的高低与中国对虾仔虾生长状况相一致 ,因此AKP和ATPase活性可作为检测水中Co2 +浓度是否适合中国对虾仔虾存活和生长的指标 .
The influences of Co 2+ in seawater on growth and activities of AKP(alkaline phosphatase)and ATPase of Penaeus chinensis postlarvae were studied The experimental results showed that the optimum requirement of P chinensis postlarvae for Co 2+ in seawater was 20 μg/L Low Co 2+ concentration could activate AKP and ATPase,but high Co 2+ concentration inhibited them. Because changes of AKP and ATPase activitie was in accordance with the growth,AKP and ATPase activities could do viewed as the indicators if Co 2+ concentration in the seawater suits to the growth of P chinensis
