斑节对虾杆状病毒病的药物防治研究

Pharmaceutical Prevention and Treatment of Penaeus monodon Baculovirus Disease

通过广东省廉江市龙营围对虾养殖场的现场试验 ,对 3种防治虾病的药物进行了比较研究 .结果显示 ,各处理组斑节对虾杆状病毒 (Penaeusmonodonbaculovirus ,MBV)感染率与用药前及对照组比较均无显著性差别 (P >0 0 5) .MBV感染度各处理组与用药前及对照组比较均有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5～P <0 0 0 1) .其中以 2号药物的作用较明显 ,但各处理组之间无显著性差别 (P >0 0 5) .对照组与用药前比较无显著性差别 (P >0 0 5) .研究表明 ,3种药物均能降低MBV的感染度 ,起到预防MBV病发作的作用 .鉴于 2号药物价格较昂贵 ,而 1号药物和维生素C则药源丰富 ,价格便宜 ,其作用和 2号药物无显著性差别 ,故主张 1号药物和维生素C合用 ,作为预防MBV病发作的首选药 .

This paper deals with the prevention and treatment effects of drug 1, drug 2 and vitamin C for Penaeus monodon baculovirus (MBV) disease by experimenting on-the-spot in Longyingwei prawn farm of Lianjiang city. According to the final detective results, there were no statistical differences for MBV infection rate in three experimental groups as compared with experimental beginning and contrast group (P>0.05), but there were obvious statistical differences exist for MBV infection severity grade in three experimental groups as compared with experimental beginning and contrast group (P<0.05～0.001). No statistical differences exist for treatment effects among three experimental groups (P>0.05) though drug 2 was the best. No statistical differences for MBV infection severity grade in contrast group from the beginning to the completion of the experiment (P>0.05). Researches revealed that drug 1, drug 2 and vitamin C can reduce the infection severity grade of MBV and inhibit MBV disease from breaking out.For economical reason, it is better that drug 1 and vitamin C are used together for prevention of MBV disease.
