摘要
从南海珠江口之深圳、珠海海域和广州城区等五个不同区域的9个水样中,利用弧菌属选择性培养基TCBS获得9类特征菌落表型的分离株.选取高频率出现的4类典型菌落的代表苗株(G,Y1,Y2,T)鉴定,革兰氏染色为G~-,磷钨酸负染色透射电镜观察菌体细胞成短棒状或弯曲弧状,可见单极生鞭毛.综合特征生化鉴定结果确定橙黄色苗株Y2为霍乱孤菌,绿色菌株G为嗜盐性副溶血弧菌.血清学类群分布研究结果表明来自于不同水域样本的菌株之间存在特征血清型的显著关联性.
By using selective TCBS plates, nine types of strains of aquatic Vibrios were isolated from nine water samples at five different regions around Zhujiang entrance rims of the South China Sea, including Shenzhen and Zhuhai coastal areas and typical aquatic environments in Guangzhou City. Four strains G. Y1, Y2, T with high frequency appeared on TCBS plates were selected out for characterizing with Gram staining and acid negative staining under transmission electronic microscopy showing single end-flagella and bending shape. Combined with classic biochemical tests, yellowish Y2 and greenish G strains were identified as Vibrio cholerae and Vibrio parahaemolyticus, respectively. The distribution analysis of serological group of two typical pathogens confirmed further there were significant relationships among these isolates from such different water samples of those different regions. The results suggested that the city's aquatic environments with human behaviors should be epidemiologically concerned as one of the key steps in the chain of preserving, collecting and spreading aquatic pathogenic Vibrios.
