耐磨堆焊层显微组织特征及其与耐磨性关系的研究 被引量:22

摘要 利用透射电镜 ( TEM)和扫描电镜 ( SEM)研究了不同耐磨堆焊层的显微组织特征。通过与实际工况磨损状态和堆焊层硬度测试数据对比分析 ,发现高铬铸铁耐磨堆焊层的显微组织 ,如硬质相的形态、尺寸和分布、基体相的性质等是决定其耐磨性的主要因素 ,而不是一般认为的硬度因素。 The microstructural characteristics in the different overlay wear resistant layers were studied by using transmission electron microscopy(TEM) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).According to the comparison of the hardness date and the actual service condition,it was found that the wearability of high Cr cast iron overlay layer was determined mainly by its microstructures,such as the morphology,size and distribution of the hard particles,and the characteristics of the matrix etc.The hardness was not the first factor.
