摘要
在实验数据的基础上 ,利用 BP网络建立高 Co- Ni二次硬化钢的力学性能与其化学成分及热处理温度对应关系的模型。提出将材料力学性能指标作为网络的输入 ,化学成分和热处理温度作为网络的输出 ,根据力学性能设计材料的化学成分含量及热处理条件 ,克服了各种优化方法计算量大 ,容易陷入局部最优解的缺点 ,为高性能材料设计提供了一定的理论辅助手段。
On the base of experiment data,BP network is used to construct the model of relationship between the mechanical properties and the chemical elements as well as the temperature of heating treatment in high Co Ni secondary hardening steel.We put forward that the mechanical properties of steel can be taken as the inputs of network,the chemical elements and the temperature of heating treatment can be taken as outputs of network.According to the request for the mechanical properties,we design the content of chemical elements and the condition of heating treatment.This method can overcome the shortcomings of great computation time and easily running into local optimization of the other methods.It provides a theoretical assistant method for the design of high performance material.
