摘要
在合适的电解液体系中 ,采用特种氧化工艺对铝合金进行阳极氧化 ,并对氧化膜扩孔 ,选择在合适粒度的稀土氧化物颗粒分散液中电泳处理 ,以使该氧化物颗粒能渗入氧化膜孔隙的深层 ,获得一种牢固的性能优异的稀土氧化物涂层。
In the proper electrolyte system,anodic oxidation was carried out on Al alloy by special oxidation process,and the cavity pockets of the oxide film was reamed in organic acid solution.Then the Al alloy was treated by electrophoresis in the solution containing rare reaths oxide particles with proper size in order to penetrate the oxide particles into the deep of the cavity pockets of the oxide film and produce superior rare earths oxide coating.
