摘要
主要研究了合金元素Zr对NdFeB合金在HDDR过程中显微组织变化的影响 ,Zr是在合金熔炼时按一定比例加入的。研究结果表明 :添加到NdFeB合金中的Zr ,大部分进入晶界中 ,形成了针状的富Zr相 ,且在HDDR过程中 ,针状的富Zr相不随合金组织的变化而变化 ;少量进入主相中 ,使磁粉出现了磁各向异性。
The influence ofZradditionon microstructure transformation of NdFeB-base alloy during HDDR processing was studied,The results show that most added Zr exists in the gain boundaries and the needle-like Zr-rich phase is formed,and the Zr-rich phase doesn't transform with the microstructure of alloy during HDDR processing;less Zr exists in the main phase and makes the magnetic-particles magnetic-anisotropy.
