摘要 用多弧离子镀方法制备了不同成分的TiAlN多元涂层 ,研究并讨论了沉积工艺参数对涂层成分的影响规律和影响机理 ,探讨了涂层成分的控制方法。 The multi-component TiAlN coatings with varied compositions were prepared by multi-arc ion deposition,the effect of process parameters on thg composition of TiAlN was anslysed and discussed,and the control method of the composition was researched.
