摘要 氰酸酯树脂是一种新型的高性能复合材料基体树脂 ,它与常用的导弹用聚合物基复合材料基体树脂如环氧树脂系列、聚酰亚胺树脂系列、双马来酰亚胺树脂系列等相比 ,具有更优异的综合性能 ,包括良好的工艺性能、较高的热稳定性、极佳的微波介电性能以及优良的耐湿热性能和较高的尺寸稳定性等 ,因而在导弹中有着极大的应用前景。本文主要介绍氰酸酯树脂的性能及其在导弹的雷达天线罩。 Ester cyanate resin is a new high-performance matrix resin for composites. Comparing with the conventional polymer resin matrixes for missile composites such as epoxy resin,ployimide resin and bismaleimide resin,ester cyanate resin exhibits more superior properties including good processability,thermal stability,microwave dielectric property,hot wet resistance and dimensional stability,ect,so it exhibits vast prospects for application in missiles.The properties of ester cyanate resin and its application in radomes,structural composites and stealthy material of missiles are reviewed in the paper.
