摘要 板料激光成形是通过局部瞬态加热产生不均匀的内部热应力 ,而导致板料变形的一种无模成形技术。本文阐述了激光成形的四种主要的变形机制—温度梯度机制 ,弹性膨胀机制 ,塑性皱曲机制和增厚机制 。 Laser forming of sheet is a dieless forming technology of sheet that the sheet is deformed by internal thermal stress induced by partially irradiation of a laser beam.Four main deformation mechanism of laser formingtemperaturegradient machenism,elasticityinflation mechanism,plasticitybuckling mechanism and upsetting mechanism are explained,and the current situation home and abroad and the application field of laser forming are presented in this paper.
